Ling Fei Zhang

Ling Fei is the Fund Operations Manager at TNB Aura and is an experienced finance professional in the private equity and venture capital industry. She oversees the full fund operations function for TNB Aura, including quarterly and annual management reporting, tax filing, annual audit, license management, payment and cashflow management, as well as new investor onboarding.

Lingfei has over five years of experience in finance roles within the private equity and venture capital industry. She began her career with PriceWaterhouseCooper LLP, providing audit and financial services to world-known Chinese private equity firms. She then served as a fund administrator at Vistra, leading the fund administration for a 6 billion USD private equity fund.

She holds a Bachelor of Management (Hons) from Zheijang University (China) and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago (USA). As a native Mandarin speaker, Lingfei is fluent in English and also speaks a little German.

I am not afraid of death, but I believe that “when there’s no one left in the living world who remembers you, you disappear from this world”.

Outside of the office, what do you have a heart for?

Outside the office, Ling Fei treasures high-quality sleep and savory breakfast from her favorite bakery shop. She is a connoisseur of both fine dining and local hawker food. Also, she is a beginner cyclist but plans to cycle around Singapore (literally) in the future.
